Gene Palumbo

Gene Palumbo, age 60, of Street, MD passed away on May 13, 2018 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Born in Milford, DE, he was the son of Eugene Matthew Palumbo and Esther Lee (Everett) Wirth of Dundalk. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a master carpenter, father and friend to all. He was a very hard worker who always had an entrepreneurial spirit. He enjoyed creating things that required great detail, like knife throwing boards. He also enjoyed knife throwing, 4 wheeling, shooting his gun, skydiving, and spending time with his kids, grandkids, family and friends.

Mr. Palumbo is survived by his lifetime friend, soul mate, and wife of ten years come August 2018, Michelle M. Palumbo of Street; four daughters, Crystal M. Palumbo of Frostburg, Kathryn R. Sawdargs of Bel Air, Ashley N. Palumbo of Delaware, Sarah E. Sawdargs of Joppa, and son, Christopher (Chris) R. Palumbo of Baltimore; two grandsons, Jenio Willison and Cristo Willison; two granddaughters, Cassandra White and Ava Blaker; nephew, Damien (Joe) Palumbo; sisters, Joanie Rosenberg of California; Debbie Palumbo-Worrell of Nevada; brother, Angelo Palumbo of Dundalk; sister, Gina Palumbo of Dundalk; and countless others that he took under his wing and into his heart as his own.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Tony and Scott Palumbo.
