Gail Patrick Costello

Gail Patrick Costello, age 66, of Belcamp, Maryland, passed away on December 21, 2023 at home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry H. and Edythe M. (Weightman) Patrick. Gail was the beloved wife of Joseph, and they shared 45 wonderful years of marriage. Gail is survived by two sons, Joseph Costello of Bridgewater, NJ and his wife, Erica; John Richard Costello of Sparks, Md, and his wife, Kim. In addition, she is survived by two granddaughters, Melissa and Sara; two grandsons, Cole and Conrad along with nieces and nephews. She will also be greatly missed by her brother, Russell S. Patrick, and sister-in-law Debbie J. Patrick. She enjoyed family, friends, and had a deep commitment to all animals, especially senior dogs, whom she cared for  many years. She was employed at Pet Smart, where she loved her coworkers and customers, especially the four-legged ones.

Visitation will be held under the caring guidance of the family owned and operated McComas Family Funeral Home, Abingdon, Maryland on Friday, January 5, 2024, 5 - 6 pm. Services will follow at 6:00 pm.
