G. Frank Norr, age 72 of Fallston, MD passed away February 4, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Towson, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late John Henry Norr and Virginia Ann (Connor) Norr. He was raised in Fort Howard, MD and loved reminiscing about his youthful antics and the great times he had in Shallow Creek. He was a devoted husband and father and was affectionately known as "Pop" to his kids and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Goldie, which he described as the love of his life, soul mate and best friend. He was incredibly proud of his son's law enforcement career and he was never spotted without his famous Border Patrol hat. He had a soft spot in his heart for his only daughter with whom he shared the same sense of humor and wit that led to many interesting family game nights. He had an amazing sense of humor and loved making up silly jokes to make his grandson Frankie laugh. He and his eldest grandson Thomas enjoyed watching movies together and sharing their life's views. He had a special bond with his only granddaughter Abby and always looked forward to her "Abby's famous "Pop" corn.
Mr. Norr is survived by his wife, Goldie Katherine Norr (nee Iman); his son Frank D. Norr and wife Shannon of Buffalo, NY; his daughter Becky Baird and husband Jim of Bel Air, MD and his grandchildren, Thomas, Frankie and Abby. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother David Norr.
