On Monday, December 16, 2013 Frederick Zies Walters of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away. Beloved husband of the late Sybil C. Walters, devoted father of Mark E. Walters and wife Rose, Karen Taylor and husband Howard, David Walters and wife Barbara and pre-deceased by the late Veronica Dize and the late Jonathon Walters.
