Frederick Henry Buettner

Frederick Henry Buettner Sr., age 99, of Bel Air, MD passed away on June 24, 2017 at Hart Heritage in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of Frederick Maxmillion Buettner and Alma Louise (Simms) Buettner and was the husband of the late Eleanor Buettner and Edna Mae (Kries) Buettner. He had worked in the aerospace industry as a machinist at Lockheed Martin.

Mr. Buettner is survived by sons, John N. (Diana) Buettner, Sr. of Bel Air, Gary Michael (Lydia) Buettner of Mechanicsville, Thomas Anthony (Marilyn) Buettner of Abingdon, Stephen Richard Buettner of Baltimore, William Bruce (Cheryl) Buettner of Denver, CO and Glenn Eric (Dana) Buettner of Tampa, FL; daughters, Edna Mae McGregor of Spring Hill, FL and Mary Oliver of Aberdeen; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Frederick H. Buettner, Jr. and grandson, Scott Bair.
