Freda Elaine Price

Freda Elaine Price, age 87, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on April 7, 2012 at Greater Baltimore Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Philippi, WV, she was the daughter of the late Commador T. and Mary Shaffer Allen and wife, for 45 years, of the late Clarence Burl Price. She was a resident of Harford County since 1993.

Mrs. Price is survived by her son, Irian Price of Forest Hill, MD; daughter, Carolyn E. Block and husband, Newell (Fred), of Windsor, CO; brothers, John Allen and Bretzel Allen of WV, Jerry Allen of IL, Arch Allen of WI; sisters, Janet Russ of IL, Lolah Bevilock of WV and Kathleen Ball of MD; five grandchildren, Kimberly, Beth, Mark and Pete Tsirigos and Glen Price; 11 great-grandchildren, Christopher Shimonkevitz, Michael, Shaun and Ashley Reider, Alec and Nicholas Tsirigos, Shelby Jansky, Taylor, Makenzi and Anthony Tsirigos and Emma Price; and great-great-grandchild, Silas Reider. In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by her brothers, Wilford, William and Willis Allen and sister, Edith Deavers.
