FRANK R. KALTHOF, Sr. , age 68, of Bel Air, died at his home on September 12, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Clifford Peter and Josephine Rusinek Kalthof. He had retired after 35 years of service at David Edwards Limited in Baltimore where he worked as an upholsterer. He was an avid fisherman and crabber, and enjoyed spending time at Fenwick Island. He was an avid football and baseball fan and enjoyed traveling. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Kalthof is survived by his wife of 10 years, Bernadette E. Davis Kalthof; step-sons, Gene V. Travagline and his wife, Catherine of Jarrettsville; Joseph P. Travagline and his wife, Ann of Frederick; Mark D. Travagline and his wife, Tanya of Baltimore; step-daughters, Linda L. Lewis and her husband, Randy of Abingdon; Kathy M. Brady of Bel Air; son, Franklin B. Kalthof; daughters, Julia Kalthof of Joppa; Sherry Wilson of Minnesota; brothers, Fred Kalthof of Millers Island, Maryland; Walter Kalthof of Lodi, California; Milton R. Kalthof of Bel Air; sister, Eleanore Tewey of Virginia Beach, Virginia; 11 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Clifford P. Kalthof.
