Frank R. Cullum Sr.

Frank R. Cullum Sr., age 68, of Bel Air, MD, died on November 2, 2008 at his home. Born in Churchville, MD, he was the son of the late Corthel Frank and Betty Ruth Wilson Cullum. He was the owner/operator of J&F Painting. A member of the Bel Air Moose Lodge for many years, he was an avid gardener and enjoyed crabbing on the Bush River.

Mr. Cullum is survived by his son, F. Randy Cullum Jr. and wife, Nancy, of Delta, PA; daughter, Kathy Wetmore; brother, Rocky C. Cullum of Perryman, MD; sister, Shirley M. Hooper of Street, MD; grandchildren, Amanda R. Testerman and husband, Troy, and Zachary R. Cullum and wife, Lethia, and Mary Wetmore and Joel Wetmore; one great-grandson, Nicholas M. Testerman; longtime companion, Joan Smith of Bel Air, MD and her children; Tony Dillon and wife Dawn, of Bel Air, MD, Terry Dillon and wife Lisa, of Stewartstown, PA, Tina Gilger and husband Kenny, of Colora, MD and Lisa Smith of Bel Air, MD; and grandchildren, Tanner Dillon, Joshua Dillon, Meggie Dillon, Seth Dillon, Krystle Keeney, Jeffrey Kenny and Raygan Buchanan.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
