Frank Lee Baldwin
FRANK LEE BALDWIN, age 65, of Havre de Grace, died in University of Maryland Hospital on April 19, 2003. Born and lived his entire life in Havre de Grace, he was the son of the late Raymond Lee and Viola Moffa Strong Baldwin. He had retired from civil service where he worked as a bookkeeper. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Baldwin is survived by one brother, Gary W. Baldwin of Edgewood.
