Frank G. Messina, Sr.

FRANK G. MESSINA, SR., age 71, of Edgewood, died in Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center on August 12, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Anthony Joseph and Julia Barbara Dennis Messina, and the husband of the late Lois Little Messina. He worked as a helicopter mechanic for the government. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam Conflict.

Mr. Messina is survived by two sons, Frank Gabriel Messina, Jr. of Edgewood; Thomas Eugene Messina and his wife, Robin of Edgewood; four brothers, Anthony Messina, Jr. of Baltimore; Donald Messina of Ocean City, Maryland; Edward Messina of Baltimore; Michael Messina of Baltimore; two sisters, Barbara Craven of Bel Air; Regina Gawronski of Baltimore; two grandchildren, Thomas Eugene Messina, Jr. of Edgewood; and John Anthony Messina of Edgewood.
