Husband of Alice Parker Ober, father of Philip, David and Laurie Curtis, also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 2:30 PM, at the St. James Episcopal Church (My Ladys Manor) 3100 Monkton Road, Monkton, Maryland 21111. In lieu of flowers:
