Francis G. Fulks, age 70, of Aberdeen, MD passed away on November 20, 2013 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Oxon Hill, he was the son of the late Gail U. Fulks and Margaret D. Adams Fulks Singleton; and stepson of the late Richard L. Singleton. He worked as a chemical mixer for Paidon Products, was a member of the Bernard L. Tobin American Legion Post in Aberdeen, and liked to tell jokes and play cards. He enjoyed walking and fishing, and was a loving husband to Judy for 30 years. He was known by his nickname "Sunshine" to his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Judy Marie Fulks, of 30 years, Mr. Fulks is survived by his son, Richard Fulks and wife, Katrina, of Elkton; daughters, Kim Baynard and husband, Roy, and Carrie Fulks all of Aberdeen, Alice Townsley of Pennsylvania and Michell Swift of Cecil County; sisters, Alice Snyder and husband, Steve, of Pennsylvania, Gale Hooker of Edgewood, Carolyn Grafton of Baltimore and Donna Burke and husband, Biff, of Darlington; 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
