Francis "Frank" Clements

Francis (Frank) Clements, age 73 of Millsboro Delaware died suddenly September 23, 2022 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Francis H. Clements, Sr. and Evelyn Clements (Curtin). Frank moved from Bel Air, Maryland to Millsboro, Delaware after retiring from a 40-year career in the printing industry. He enjoyed spending vacations with his family in Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

Frank is survived by his sister Jo Ilko and her husband Andrew; nieces, Victoria Harvey and her husband James and Alaina Ferris and her husband Scott; grandnephew, Jack Rapp and grandniece, Gemma Harvey.

The family will be hosting Frank's funeral mass on October 22, at 11 am at St. Francis De Sales, Roman Catholic Church, 1450 Abingdon Road, Abingdon Maryland.
