Frances Lee Parker, age 86, passed away on March 4, 2021 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Marshall Jackson and Charlotte May (Coard) Schroeder and wife of the late Alfred Lee Parker. Frances loved her family, she loved celebrating holidays with them, and she loved her cats, especially her beloved cats, Chin Chin and Tails. She enjoyed watching football, movies, game shows, and her soap operas.
Frances is survived by her three daughters, Charlene M. Chemelli and her husband, Ben, Dawn Novakowski and her husband, John, and Donna Wagner and her husband, Dan; two sisters, Nancy Custer and Charlotte Smith; nine grandchildren, Jerome Chemelli, Pamela and John Novkowski III, Christopher and Melanie Parker, Crystal, Danny, Danielle, and Clayton Wagner; also survived by many loving great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tabitha Keith.
A graveside memorial service is being held at the Harford Memorial Gardens, on Aldino Road in Aberdeen at 1pm on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. All are welcome to attend.
Additionally, a family service will be held at the McComas Funeral Home prior. If you would like to send flowers, please have them delivered to the funeral home prior to 9:30am, Wednesday March 10.
