Frances Ingram

FRANCES INGRAM, age 56, of Abingdon, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on February 11, 2004. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Milton John Kozlowski of Abingdon and the late Theresa Elizabeth Stec Kozlowski. A resident of Harford County for over 10 years, she had worked for Internal Revenue Service for over 20 years as a budget analyst. She loved planting flowers and spending time with her granddaughter including singing songs.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Ingram is survived by two sons, David A. Ingram and Michael Ingram of Rosedale; one brother, John Kozlowski of Ellicott City; one sister, Pat Kozlowski of Abingdon; and one granddaughter, Destiny Ingram of Aberdeen.
