Frances Hott Leibensperger, age 95, of Bel Air, MD, died on October 17, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the wife of the late Carroll Leibensperger. She grew up in the Govans area of Baltimore and lived for 65 years in Ednor Gardens with her husband, who was on the 1928 John Hopkins Olympic Lacrosse team. She became a Lorien Bel Air resident in 2002. A homemaker, she loved to entertain friends and family in her home, and loved to listen to the Baltimore Oriole Games.
Mrs. Leibensperger is survived by her step-son, Volney Leibensperger and wife, Ruth, of Pennsylvania; and many other loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Dwight Kingston Hott, Charles Eldon Hott, Virginia Coniff, and James Hott.
