FRANCES E. NARUTOWICZ, age 98, of Bel Air, died on December 9, 2005 at her home. Born in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Stephan Wesolowski and Maryanna Jakabiak Wesolowski. She was the wife of the late Michael Joseph Narutowicz, with whom she started Micky’s Liquors on North Point Road, which is now in it’s 3rd generation. She was also a homemaker. She retired in 1972 and moved to Punta Gorda, FL, where she returned for winters. For the last six years, Mrs. Narutowicz took art classes at the Bel Air Senior Center. She was the oldest active member of the Bel Air Athletic Club, where she worked out three days a week with Marjean Apland, her personal trainer.
Mrs. Narutowicz is survived by four sons, James A. Narutowicz of Towson, Anthony J. Narutowicz of Edgemere, Xavier F. Narutowicz of Punta Gorda, FL, and Joseph S. Narutowicz of Bel Air; three daughters, Veronica H. Brookes of Towson, Germaine M. Vadas of Bel Air, and Maria J. Garst of Roanoke, VA; two brothers; three sisters; 24 grandchildren; and 30 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Edwin S. Narutowicz.
The Pallbearers were Kenneth J. Mroz, Sr., James A. Narutowicz, Jr., Michael J. Narutowicz, Christopher M. Vadas, Timothy J. Vadas, and Franklin J. Koch.
