Frances A. Baxter

Frances A. Baxter (nee Allen), age 89, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on December 16, 2018 at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace, MD from complications due to Alzheimer’s Disease. Born in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of Cylmond and Ruth (Sneeden) Allen and wife of the late Sgt. Donald Baxter. She was a bookkeeper for North Kansas City Electric Company for many years. She moved to Maryland in 1989 to be near her sister, Jean, in Forest Hill.

Mrs. Baxter is survived by her sister, Jean A. Summers and her husband, Jack R. Summers of Forest Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will take place at the family cemetery in Orrick, MO.
