Evelyn ''Mom'' M. Smith

EVELYN "MOM" M. SMITH, age 90, of Fallston, MD, formerly of Baltimore, MD, died on June 13, 2008 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William James and Clara Pauline Kaunitz Walker and wife of the late Alfred G. R. Smith. An avid bingo player, she also liked knitting and crocheting. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Smith is survived by a son, Richard M. Smith of Dover, DE; four daughters, Claire S. Beck and Sharon S. Ochs of Fallston, MD, Debra A. Corsi of Bel Air, MD, and Dawn J. Kropkowski of White Marsh, MD; sixteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Wayne A. Smith, and a brother, William Walker.
