Eulalie Killon Delp, age 97, of Bel Air, MD passed away peacefully on May 26, 2023. Born in Bel Air, she was the daughter of Elder Garvie Roosevelt Killon and Verna Zell (Moxley) Killon. She professed a belief in God at an early age and attended church regularly. For the most recent years she attended Baptist View Church. Eulalie never met a stranger and was quick to help anyone in need. While always having to work for herself, she successfully raised a family, and became an integral part of her community. She finally got to travel in recent years and fell in love with it.
Eulalie is survived by one son, Ray (Virginia) John Chapel, Jr. of Ashburn, Va., and one daughter Sylvia (Mark) Gayle Oliver of Pylesville, Md., 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and 2 husbands, she was preceded in death by her son Leonard Garvie Chapel, 1 grandchild, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Eulalie will be remembered by her constant smile, good nature, and the love and devotion she provided to her children and the grands. She really enjoyed seeing the grands and talking to and laughing with them. She will be remembered for the joy she brought to her family and friends, and it will live forever in their hearts.
She is now at peace, resting in the arms of her Heavenly Father.
