Eulala Mae Durman

Eulala Mae Durman, age 89, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on October 16, 2023 at Commonwealth Senior Living in Bel Air, Maryland. Raised on the family farm in Darlington, MD, she was the daughter of Clay and Anna Mae (Lock) Adams and loving wife of the late John Guy Durman Jr. In earlier years, she attended Churchville Presbyterian Church and occasionally St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Eulala was a true Darlington farm girl. She was smooth as silk on the outside and tough as nails on the inside. Her greatest pride was taking excellent care of her family and household. In her downtime she enjoyed reading. When Eulala retired, she took care of her grandson Nathan in the summers. She was such a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.     

Eulala is survived by her son, John Kevin (Deborah) Durman; grandson, Nathan (Jennifer) Durman; four nieces, Lisa Polesne, Maria Joseph, Linda Monks, and Susan Monks; brother-in-law, Tim Durman; and sister-in-law, Janet Depinto.

In addition to her husband and parents, Eulala was preceded in death by her sister, Doris Pawnee Monks.
