Estille Ison, Jr.

Estille Ison Jr., 86, of Conowingo, MD, passed away on April 25, 2015 at his home. Born in Charity, KY, he was the son of the late Estille Ison and Naomi Griffith Ison. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had worked as a bus driver for the MTA. He was known for his storytelling and his sense of humor. He was kind to everyone and enjoyed helping people. He loved steamed crabs and played Country and Rock and Roll music.

Mr. Ison is survived by his wife, Bernadette Smith Ison; sons, Christopher J. Ison and Brian K. Ison; daughter, Kimberly Poole-Ison; brother, Gary Ison; sisters, Joyce Roth, Lucille Clay, Sharon Spohn and Lorretta Parlier. He is also survived by and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
