Esther Louise Messina

ESTHER LOUISE MESSINA, age 69, of Forest Hill, died in Greater Baltimore Medical Center on March 19, 2003. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Percy and Belle A. Leasure Springer. A resident of Harford County since 1971, she had worked at Fort Holabird in the intelligence school where she won recognition from the U.S. Army. She also worked at Fallston Pharmacy as a pharmacy clerk. She was regular Red Cross blood donor. In retirement, she loved to travel, reaching every state in the United States. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Fallston. She cherished being a homemaker for her family.

Mrs. Messina is survived by her husband of 47 years, Frank G. Messina; two daughters, Debbie Sickenberger and her husband, Dave Sickenberger of Bel Air; Patti Kirk and her husband, Kelly Kirk of Bel Air; four grandchildren, Rick Sickenberger; Becky Sickenberger; Todd Kirk; and Julia Kirk.
