Esther Brock Payne

Esther Brock Payne, age 84, of Joppa, MD passed away on March 1, 2017 at the Dacota Broad Creek Assisted Living in Whiteford, MD. Born in Coldiron, KY, she was the daughter of Ballenger C. Brock and Easter (Thompson) Brock Cheek and was the wife of the late Millard Payne. She was a homemaker, great mother and wife.

Mrs. Payne is survived by her daughter, Rhonda R. Payne-Rothe and husband, Martin Rothe Jr.; two sons, Gregory (Sherry Donahue) Payne, Christopher (Emma) Payne; grandchildren, Amanda L. Carlson, Dana M. Payne, Gabrielle L. Wieczorek and Abigail B. Payne; and great grandchildren, Jacob P. Carlson and Lily E. Wieczorek.
