Estelle S. Bolton

Estelle S. Bolton, of Bel Air, MD died at the age of 86 on November 3, 2016 at her daughter's home in Gaithersburg, MD. She was born on May 6, 1930 in Arab, AL to Thomas Chalmers and Florence Beulah (Cobb) Satterfield and was the wife of the late Vivian "Mike" Reynolds Bolton. Estelle was a real estate agent and broker for over 30 years and was selected Realtor Associate of the year by the Harford County Board of Realtors in 1975. Additionally she was Vice President of women's Council of Realtors (Harford County Chapter) in 1975 and Secretary for Bicentennial Committee of Bel Air; Estelle was also a long time member of Harford County Board of Realtors; Member, Resource Center Committee, Harford Community College, Women's Council of Realtors; Alternate member of Citizens Planning and Review Committee of Master Water and Sewer Plan (Appointed by Harford County Council); member of Advisory Committee, Real Estate Brokerage Program; Member 3rd District Democratic Club of Harford County ( Chairperson), Special Committee); member of the Harford County Home Builder's Association (Member of both the Local Legislative Committee and Real Estate Committee).

Estelle was also a member of the Harford Artists Association; a volunteer solicitor for the Kidney Foundation; Member of the Aberdeen Church of Christ and served on the Visitation Committee and as a substitute Sunday School Teacher. She was the Registrant for Quarterly Meetings for the United Democratic Women's Club of Maryland, Chairperson for Credentials Committee, Maryland Women's Council of Realtors and Member of the Ethics Committee, National Women's Council of Realtors; Estelle also proudly served as an Election judge for the Third District (Harford County) Maryland.

Estelle was an avid Gardner and enjoyed traveling with her family.

She is survived by her children, Ellen B. Fitzgerald (Michael) of Gaithersburg, Jimmy D. Moon (Janice) of Street, David E. Moon of Elkins, AR and Margaret L. Webster of Washington, DC; her sisters, Jean Mann (Marvin) of Nashville, TN and Faye Smith of Birmingham, AL; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Kevin Michael Bolton and her brothers, James S., L.D., R.J., Isaac and Sherman Satterfield.

Pallbearers will be Matthew and Jeremy Moon, Brandon and Michael Webster, Bobby and Sean Fitzgerald.
