Ernestine Marie Garner, 87 of Bel Air, MD passed away on February 15, 2015 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. Born in Rock Hill, SC, she was the daughter of Andrew Elihu Garner and Viola Curry Garner White. She retired from Harford County Government and was a member of Ames United Methodist Church.
Ms. Garner is survived by her sister, Louise Jackson of Bowie; nephew Ronald Garner of Jarrettsville; and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives. She was pre-deceased by sisters Marjorie Garner, Joan Dixon Martin and brother William White.
