Elizabeth "Libby" Wildason, age 90, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on March 23, 2024, in Queenstown, Maryland. Born in Darlington, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary (Bull) Matthews and wife of 43 years to the late Wade Preston Wildason. She volunteered at Emmanuel Episcopal Church over the years as a Sunday School Teacher when her children were young, then later she was a devoted "Holy Folder" who came every Tuesday morning to help fold the newsletters that would be mailed out. She would take the tablecloths home every week to wash and iron them and bring them back for Sunday services. "Libby's Van" would pick up people who were unable to drive to take them to church on Sundays as she was a faithful attendee. In her later years after Covid she would watch church every Sunday online. She loved to dance and took many line dancing classes with her friends. She also loved working in her flower garden and enjoyed sitting on her front porch admiring all the colors from flowers to azaleas to trees. She loved watching all the birds coming to her feeders by the front porch too. When she was inside, she would sew and do embroidery on her sewing machines from Christmas ornaments to decorations on shirts, towels, and pillowcases. The best times were spent with her family, and she loved doing things with her friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughters, Cindy W. (Paul) Rupert, Carolyn A. Colucci and (Dec) John Colucci Jr.; son, Tod P. (Andrea) Wildason; grandsons, J. Andrew Rupert, Brian T. (Raechel) Rupert, Lucas Ostrowski, Conner Ostrowski, and Noah Ostrowski; granddaughters, Amy R. (Adam) Kosmer, and Mallissa J Ingoe; great-grandsons, A.J.
