Elizabeth Sue Evans known as Sue, age 73, of Forest Hill, MD passed away quietly on June 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Born in Peoria, IL on September 25, 1944, she was the daughter of Herbert and Margaret Ann (Harker) Bleull. She spent 27 years working as an Operating Room nurse at hospitals in St. Louis, Mo and Peoria, IL where she met her husband Kim. Moving to Bel Air in 1989 when Kim accepted a job in the area, she started a business as a Daycare Provider and later worked many years for Preston’s Stationary in their gift department. She loved traveling, collecting antiques, mushroom hunting, decorating and excelling at crafts, was an award winning flower arranger. Sue served in several capacities at Bel Air United Methodist Church which included singing many years in the chancel choir, Board of Trustees and decorator. Sue was active in the Walk to Emmaus community serving on many Emmaus weekends. To the delight of family and friends she also was an avid baker who started a cottage business selling home baked scones at the Bel Air Farmer’s market. She also was a gracious hostess, and a committed homemaker.
Sue is survived by her husband, Kim Evans; son, Scott Kellogg of McHenry IL; daughter, Betsy (Jeff) Milligan of Lockport IL; grandchildren, Brenna and Mikaela Milligan; sisters, Bonnie Case, Georgia Arzate, Patty and Maria Bleull.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Bleull.
