Elizabeth "Betty" M. Jones

Elizabeth "Betty" M. Jones, age 90, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on May 5, 2020 at Joyous Living in White Marsh, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of Arthur James and Elizabeth E. (Dragier) Miskimon and wife of the late George Bishop Jones, Jr. She was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She was married to her true love for 67 years, enjoyed traveling to Hawaii six times and vacationing with her family at the beach.

Elizabeth is survived by her two sons, David Jones of Oakland and his wife, Christina and Robert "Bob" Jones and his wife, Mary; two brothers, Arthur James and Ronald Miskimon; seven grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, William Jones and his surviving wife, Mary Jones.
