ELIZABETH ANNA MOYER, age 79, of Bel Air, MD, died on July 5, 2007 at her home. Born in Heckscherville, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Szada Vuxta. She was a homemaker and enjoyed family functions, sports, knitting, crocheting and birdwatching. She was member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church for 42 years.
Mrs. Moyer is survived by her husband of 52 years, Cyrus Donald Moyer Sr. of Bel Air, MD; two sons, Keith D. Moyer of Bel Air, MD and Brian R. Moyer and his wife, Marilyn Garcia, of Elkton, MD; six daughters, Sheryl L. Spooner of Havre de Grace, MD, Pamela A Roath and her husband, Gordon, of Perryville, MD, Karen E. Zink and her husband, Rodney, of Whiteford, MD, Elaine M. Rutledge and her husband, Tom, of Bel Air, MD, Rebecca J. Dennison and her husband, Scott, of Bel Air, MD and Marcella K. Dawson and her husband, Charles, of Bel Air, MD; three brothers, George Vuxta of Elizabethtown, PA, William Vuxta of Middletown, PA, and Michael Vuxta of Middletown, PA; two sisters, Anne Wade of New Cumberland, PA and Elaine Lanza of Middletown, PA; nineteen grandchildren, Aimee Little of Elkton, MD, Jennifer Mays of Havre de Grace, MD, Patrick Campbell of Rising Sun, MD, Alison March of Bel Air, MD, Erica Jourdan of Abingdon, MD, Matthew Roath of Perryville, MD, Jeremiah Moyer of Bel Air, MD, Dawn Zink of Abingdon, MD, Brittany Rutledge, Brandon Rutledge, and Christie Rutledge, all of Bel Air, MD, Natalie Moyer and Clara Moyer, both of Elkton, MD, Greg Smith, Steve Smith, Cory Dennison, Avery Dennison, Mitchell Boardman and Sydney Dawson, all of Bel Air, MD; and eleven great-grandchildren, Jake Little and Mason Little, both of Elkton, MD, Colin Mays of Havre de Grace, MD, Bryce Campbell, Collin Campbell, and Gavin Campbell, all of Rising Sun, MD, Robby March
and Audrey March, both of Bel Air, MD, Andrew Jourdan of Abingdon, MD; and Alexis Moyer and Dylan Coleman, both of Bel Air, MD.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Cyrus D. Moyer Jr. and a son-in-law, Stephen Spooner.
Pallbearers were her two sons Keith Moyer and Brian Moyer, her five son-in-laws, Gordon Roath, Rodney Zink, Tom Rutledge, Scott Dennison, and Charlie Dawson and a close friend, Scott Phillips.
