Elizabeth Ann Bearsch

Elizabeth Ann Bearsch, 74, of Abingdon, MD, passed away on February 2, 2015 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Fields Vaught and Mary Margaret Creswell Vaught. She owned and operated Bearsch Bus Company for 45 years with her husband and was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church where she sang in the choir for 24 years. She was also a member of Trojan Harbor Boat Club Ladies Auxiliary and the Bush River Boat Club. She enjoyed planting flowers, boating, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and also spending time with her Chihuahua, Hooch.

Mrs. Bearsch is survived by her husband of 55 years, William H. Bearsch; sons, Kevin F. Bearsch of Joppa and Kenneth W. Bearsch and wife, Connie, of Abingdon; daughters, Kimberly A. Bennett and husband, Don, of Forest Hill and Karen M. Bearsch and fiancé, Al Miller of North East; sister, Mary Ellen Leach and husband, Jack, of Poquoson, VA; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Barbara L. Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Robert Bennett III, Kurt Moss, Christopher Niblick, William P. Bearsch, Tim Crehan and Jay Gilley.
