Eleanor Anne Rosensteel

Eleanor Anne Rosensteel, age 72, of Fallston, MD passed away on April 23, 2016 at Oak Crest Village Care Center in Parkville. Eleanor was the daughter of the late William George Saddington and Miriam Rebecca (Kuntz) Saddington and wife of the late Dr. Robert J. Rosensteel. Born in Baltimore, Eleanor was a devoted wife and stepmother to Robin, Kate, and Joe. She helped her husband, an old-fashioned, country style doctor, with his medical practice. Eleanor had a wonderful sense of humor and love for all of creation, from the wild birds, squirrels and rabbits she would feed, to her beloved cats, dogs, and two ponies.

Mrs. Rosensteel is survived by her stepson, Joseph Rosensteel and wife, Colleen, of Dublin; stepdaughters, Robin Miskelly and husband Terry, of Kingsville and Kate Stroh and husband, Eric, of Orlando, FL; brother, William Saddington of Aiken, South Carolina; sister, Elizabeth Moore of Joppa; and seven step-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Salem United Methodist Church in Kingsville later this summer. Please check the McComas Funeral Home website for updates.
