Eileen Kelly Riggin

Eileen Kelly Riggin, age 78, of Bel Air, MD, died on October 9, 2009 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Towson, MD. Born in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Robert Waterson Kelly Sr. and Marion Hill Kelly. A 10 year breast cancer survivor, she was a 43 year member of Bel Air United Methodist Church, as well as, a member of the altar guild. She worked for 13 years at the Harford County Library where she did many art projects. She enjoyed drawing, painting, crafts, and reading novels.

Mrs. Riggin is survived by her husband of 43 years, John William Riggin Jr. of Bel Air, MD; sons, John K. Riggin and wife, Kathryn F.L. Riggin, of Severna Park, MD and Robert W. Riggin of Rancho Palos Verdes, CA; brother, Robert W. Kelly Jr. of Columbia, MD; and five grandchildren, Jack F., Margaret C., Mary Jo, Frederick K., and Daniel F. Riggin.
