Edythe J. Wolverton

EDYTHE J. WOLVERTON, age 86, of Bel Air died at Mariner Health of Bel Air on January 14, 2004. Born in Melcher, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Chester Arthur and Sula Elizabeth Hain Hollingsworth, and the wife of the late Mayo T. Wolverton. She worked as a cosmetologist. A resident of Long Bar Harbor for 40 years, she was a member of Mountain Christian Church, AARP, the American Red Cross in Rock Island, Illinois and the Eastern Star.

Mrs. Wolverton is survived by two sons, William A. Waller of Venice, Florida; Michael P. Waller of Bel Air; one daughter, Joyce E. Newberry of Bel Air; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband she was predeceased by her first husband, Alan B. Waller.

Pallbearers will be: Robert Bacastow, Steven Smith, Gilbert Gentry, Victor Miller, Charles Nichols and Bob Sylvester.
