Edwin M. Hibbs, age 68, of Belcamp, MD passed away on September 14, 2018 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, MD. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of the late Henry Lee and Mary Jeanette (Walters) Hibbs. He is a US Army Veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era, and was also a boxer in the Army. In 2011, he retired from APG as a warehouseman after 37 years of service. After retirement, he drove for Bel Air Auto Auction. He enjoyed bowling, tennis, watching sports and had been a clothing model.
Survivors include his wife of 8 years, Beverly Ann Hibbs; step-son, Stephen Lampkin; grandchildren, Trent and Kyla Lampkin, and Dajah Sexton; two brothers; Henry Lee Hibbs, Jr. and Keith Lamont Hibbs; four sisters, Helen Pauline Wells, Jacqueline Jeanette Hibbs, Constance Theresa Hibbs-Vaughan and Linda Marie Sadatt, and many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law; extended brother, Alvin Madry; and goddaughter, Brittany Madry.
