Edward William Martin

EDWARD WILLIAM MARTIN, 81, of Bel Air, died at his home on April 3, 2003. Born in Trade, Tennessee, he was the son of the late William and Opal Price Martin, and the husband for 57 years of the late Clara H. Martin. He had retired from Walter G. Coale after 20 years of service as a parts manager. He was a longtime member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church and a resident of Harford County for over 60 years.

Mr. Martin is survived by two daughters, Norma Jean Beavers of Trappe, Maryland; Karen D. Gilmer of Bel Air; two brothers, Paul J. Martin of Bel Air and Ralph Martin of Washington State; five grandchildren, Terri L. Beavers of Owings Mills; Steven R. Beavers of Trappe, Maryland; Carrie L. Gilmer of Bel Air; Crystal D. Gilmer of Bel Air; Michael S. Yingling of Marion, Virginia; two great-grandchildren, Carissa B. Yingling and Alexa D. Yingling both of Marion, Virginia.
