Edward George Schmidbauer, Jr., age 69, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on March 5, 2024. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Hagner) Schmidbauer and husband to Nancy (Araujo) Schmidbauer. He was a sports enthusiast and avid golfer Collector of Toy trains and a former member of the Baltimore American Flyer Club.

In addition to his wife, Edward is survived by his daughter, Genny Schnitzer, and sister, Robin Schmidbauer Heckathorn.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Schmidbauer.
