Edward M. Renfro

EDWARD M. RENFRO, age 77, of Gray, TN, died at his home on October 23, 2007. Born in Relief, NC, he was the son of the late Lonas David and Dora Jane Bryant Renfro. He formerly lived in Edgewood, MD for 16 years, in Sanford, FL for 18 years, and lived in Gray, TN for the past five years. After 20 years of service, he retired from the Air Force attaining the rank of Tech Sgt. He served during the Korean Conflict and received a Bronze Star. He owned a landscaping business for 12 years and had worked for Crown Bank in Orlando, FL as a purchaser. He enjoyed playing golf, doing genealogy research, traveling, and meeting people.

Mr. Renfro is survived by his wife, of 54 years, Marion Sealover Renfro of Gray, TN; a son, Edward Marshall Renfro, II of Gray, TN; two daughters, Catherine D. Renfro of Baltimore, MD and Patricia M. Spicer of Aberdeen, MD; one grandson, David M. Spicer of Aberdeen, MD; and two sisters, Emmera Wheeler of Baltimore, MD and Geneva Barnes of Parkton, MD.
