Edward James Prince, Jr.

December 6, 1946 — November 19, 2004

EDWARD JAMES PRINCE, JR., age 57, of Port Deposit, formerly of Edgewood, died at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, on November 19, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Edward James, Sr. and Honora Catherine (Ernst) Prince. He was self employed in his own construction company. He loved to jam on the guitar with the boys and compose music. He enjoyed traveling to Minnesota to see his aunt Thelma where he often ended up entertaining the residents. He enjoyed having children of all ages out for the weekend. He loved being home and playing tricks on his family and joking with them. He felt great gratification restoring his home in Port Deposit. He also enjoyed fishing. His family said they were comforted to know that he is safely home with the Lord and Gretchen, his dog.

Mr. Prince is survived by his wife of 32 years who adored him, Linda R. (Chavis) Prince; three sisters, Noreen Willey of Dundalk; Darlene Eickhoff of Bel Air; Denise Porter of Perryville; and 43 nieces and nephews and 36 great nieces and nephews.
