Edna W. Morris

Edna W. Morris, age 84, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away on August 13, 2014 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation. Born in Boone, NC, she was the daughter of the late Wingate Bailey Hamby and Lula Lee Miller Abrams. For 40 years she was a Traveling Evangelist and a resident of Hamilton before moving to Harford County in 1999. According to her husband Billy, she was number one in the family. She had a heart of gold and always had a good word for everyone who would call her when they had problems. She enjoyed crocheting and was a pistol packing momma called WASP.

Mrs. Morris is survived by her husband of 59 years, Billy Ray Morris; sons, Daniel Morris of Lenoir, NC, Tom Morris of Jarrettsville and Chet Morris of Street; daughters, Darlene Robbins of Archdale, NC and Anita Levin of Casselberry, FL; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Gregory Parrish.
