Edna Lou Greene

EDNA LOU GREENE, age 84, of Bel Air, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on October 12, 2005. Born in Forest Hill, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Walter and Emma Mally Coomes Bedsaul. She had graduated from Bel Air High School. She was an excellent seamstress and gardener. She had worked at Bata Shoe Company and at Edgewood Arsenal. She was charter member of Calvary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School and was a member of the choir. She had a beautiful alto voice and played the harmonica and piano. She loved to travel and had many friends in Florida as well as in Bel Air.

Mrs. Green is survived by her husband of 65 years, Roscoe L. Greene; two daughters, Nancy Brewer and her husband, Jesse W. of Bel Air and Mary Lee of Sarasota, Florida; a brother, Lynn Bedsaul of Bel Air, a sister, Hazel Wagner of Bel Air; six grandchildren, Gregory R. Brewer of North East, Michael J. Brewer of Monrovia, Lauren M. Brooks of Bel Air, Holly K. Wells of Sarasota, Florida, Mark A. Hendricks of Cary, North Carolina, and Jeffrey S. Hendricks of Sarasota, Florida; and seven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Derek M. Brewer.
