Edna C. Hanna

Edna C. Hanna, age 93, of Joppa, MD, died on October 5, 2009 at her home. Born in Hopewell, VA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Edward and Ada Alice Williams Fields, and wife of the late Robert A. Hanna. An active member of Franklinville Presbyterian Church, she served as a deacon and on the Women's Association. She had also worked as a floral designer at Registers in Perry Hall.

Mrs. Hanna is survived by her son, William Edward Hanna of Vacaville, CA; daughters, Yvonne A. Brown of Lansing, IL and Robbin A. Walker of Joppa, MD; sister, Doris Townsend of West Palm Beach, FL; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sons, Benjamin and Carvin Hanna, brother, Stanley Fields, and sister, Ethel Brockwell.

Pallbearers will be William Hanna, Michael Thurfield, Richard Thurfield Jr., Jonathan Frankenberger, Cesar Jauregui, and Michael Platzke.
