Edna Barnes Vinson Coen

EDNA BARNES VINSON COEN, age 80, of Aberdeen, Maryland, died in Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD on May 7, 2004. Born in Archer Lodge Community, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Edmond and Ivie Green Vinson. She was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.

Mrs. Coen is survived by her husband of 37 years, Lester G. Coen; two brothers, Charles Vinson and his wife, Pat of Zebulon, North Carolina; Billie Vinson of Knightdale, North Carolina; two sisters, Nancy Williams and her husband, Marvin of Knightdale, North Carolina; Nellie Hocutt and her husband, Jimmy of Raleigh, North Carolina; brother-in-law, Norman C. Coen of Aberdeen; sister-in-law, Hazel Coen of Level; thirteen nieces and nephews; three great nieces and three great nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Roy Vinson; Henry Vinson; and a second mother, Lucille Smith Vinson.
