Edith J. Jackson, age 66, of Bel Air, MD, was called home on February 21, 2010. Born in Independence, VA, she was the daughter of the late Emma A. (Moses) Johnson. Edith was a food service worker for Harford County Schools, she worked for 49 years at Bel Air High School and for 20 years part time at Harford Day School. She enjoyed shopping for clothes and jewelry.
Ms. Jackson is survived by her son, Howard N. Jackson of Bel Air, MD; daughters, Joanne D. Presbury and her husband, Rodney, of Abingdon, MD; Valarie A. Jackson of Columbus, OH and Anisa L. Harris and her husband, John, of Edgewood, MD; uncle, Ray Moses of Petersburg, VA; aunt, Patricia Moses of CA; close relative, Geraldine Davis; close family friend, Beverly Greene; six grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by her brother, Gene A. Moses and stepfather, Waddell Johnson of Independence, VA.
