Edgar Honabach

Edgar Honabach, age 78, of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away on August 30, 2021 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Washington D.C., he was the son of Harry and Oveda (Andrews) Honabach and husband of 48 years to Sharon Honabach. Ed retired in 2001 from Lucent Technologies. After retirement, Ed enjoyed volunteering for AARP Tax program for 14 years and tutoring in upper math studies. He was an active member at Jarrettsville United Methodist Church where he enjoyed helping in many areas and was an outgoing man who enjoyed meeting people and getting to know them. He was an avid golfer and helped many of his friends with computer issues.

In addition to his wife, Ed is survived by his daughter, Amanda Honabach and sons, David Honabach, Daniel Honabach and Donald Honabach; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Bradley Ashford Honabach.
