Edgar ''Ed'' C. Soly Jr.

EDGAR “ED” C. SOLY, JR., age 73, of Abingdon, MD, died on November 7, 2006 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. Born in Worcester, MA, he was the son of the late Edgar Charles Soly, Sr. and the late Florence Theresa Lambert Soly. He retired from the U. S. Navy after 22 years of service and worked as a bus driver for 27 years. He was a member of the Military Officers Association of America and the S.I.B.O. Boat Club at Aberdeen Proving Ground, and enjoyed sailing. He earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.

Mr. Soly is survived by a sister, Theresa I. Vigliatura of Holden, MA, and nephews and nieces.
