Eddie D. Jordan

Eddie D. Jordan, age 74, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on November 27, 2022 at Stella Maris Hospice in Timonium, Maryland surrounded by his family. Born in Bel Air, Maryland, he was the son of Cecil and Alma (Billings) Jordan. His love for digging in the dirt was shown by his 40 plus years as a heavy equipment operator for a construction company. He would often pass by construction sites he worked on and tell stories of what he did there. However, his greatest love was his family, especially his grandchildren. His eyes would light up when he was able to sit, play or laugh with anyone of them. Eddie was beloved not only by his family, but by many others and thought of as a great man who was very kind and loving.

Eddie is survived by his wife Dorothy (Pritt) Jordan; son, Edward H. Jordan (Tonja) of North East; daughters, Lena M. Decker (Robert) of Perry Hall and Melissa A. Monteleone (Michael) of Westminster; granddaughters, Tabitha Noel Jordan and Maiya Dakota Decker; and grandsons, Logan Arick Decker, Caleb Leith Cuthbert Jordan, Tyler Dean Jordan and Blake Thomas Monteleone.
