Earlena Taylor, age 85, of Edgewood, MD, died on June 25, 2009 at Forest Hill Health and Rehabilitation in Forest Hill, MD. Born in Jenkins, KY, she was the daughter of the late Milton Hibbert and Lillie Florence Mullins Hamilton and wife of the late Robert Taylor. An Edgewood resident for over 50 years, she had worked for Citizens Care Center in Havre de Grace, MD for 18 years. She loved the Orioles and Professional Wrestling and was a very giving person who loved her family and friends. One of 11 children, she attended Clintwood High School in Virginia.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her daughter, Priscilla M. Day and her husband, James F., of Cape Coral, FL; sister, Carrie Mullins of Virginia; two grandchildren, James R. Day and wife, Jeanne, of Glen Rock, PA and Michael J. Day and wife, Tina, of Stewartstown, PA; great-grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan, and Carter Day of Stewartstown, PA; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by eight brothers and one sister.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, James Taylor.
