Earl W. Mathews

EARL W. MATHEWS, age 76, of Edgewood, MD, died on September 21, 2006, at his home. Born in Flemington, NJ, he was the son of the late William and Sadie Mathews. Mr. Mathews was an avid fisherman who also enjoyed hunting, camping
and spending time with his family and friends. Few ever saw “Turkey” without his beloved New York Yankees cap.
Mr. Mathews is survived by his wife, Maria B. Mathews of Edgewood, MD; one granddaughter, Karolina Talbert and her husband Lonnie of Joppa, MD; three great-grandchildren, Alicia Smith, Nicholas Smith, and Stanford Smith Jr., all of Joppa, MD; and two sisters, Alice Thatcher of Las Vegas, NV, and Mary Hill of Frederick, MD.
