Earl Ray Crouse

Beloved father, grandfather, and esteemed member of the community, Earl Ray Crouse, aged 79, passed away peacefully at his home in Bel Air, Maryland, on January 21, 2024. Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, he was the son of the late Grover and Rosalee (Andrews) Crouse.

Earl dedicated much of his working life to the field of electrical work, showcasing his skills as a master electrician at Crouse Electric for the majority of his career. Later, he transitioned to a role in security at Tech Mark. His commitment to his profession left a lasting impact on those he worked with and the community he served.

Beyond his professional life, Earl was a passionate model train enthusiast, finding joy in the intricate details of his miniature railway world. He also had a deep appreciation for boating, spending leisurely moments on the water. At the age of 76, Earl embarked on a remarkable journey, traveling across the country, and visiting every state—a testament to his adventurous spirit.

Earl is survived by his loving sons, Randy Crouse and Scott Crouse, and his daughter, Penni Domikis. He is also remembered by his brother, Robert Lee Crouse, stepdaughters Kimberly Bittinger and Laura Schultz, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Julia Crouse, Noah, Alex, and Jacob Dimikis, Evan Bittinger, Lynsay Reed, Erica Betts, Daniel Reed, and Karlee Betts.

He was preceded in death by his brother, David Crouse.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made to the American Cancer Society at 405 Williams Court, Suite 120, Baltimore, MD 21220, in honor of Earl's memory.

Earl Ray Crouse will be remembered for his dedication, adventurous spirit, and the warmth he brought to the lives of those around him. May he rest in peace.
